This website is operated by Persian Tipster LTD, trading as Persian Tipster. By using it, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. The separate Membership Terms describe the confirmed commercial framework for any paid private access.

The Production application form, payments, checkout, optional marketing and analytics are disabled. Public descriptions of Private Access are informational and do not constitute an offer, acceptance or promise to provide access.

The website and any service are intended only for adults aged 18 or older. Do not use or seek access if you are under 18 or below a higher legal gambling age that applies where you live.

Persian Tipster is an independent sports-analysis and betting-advice service. It provides informational opinions and selections. It does not accept bets, hold customer funds, execute wagers or act as a bookmaker or betting intermediary.

It does not operate a casino, provide gambling accounts, receive stake money, settle bets, determine bookmaker odds, bring betting counterparties together or manage customer bookmaker accounts.

Selections are information and opinion, not instructions to bet. No fiduciary, brokerage, bookmaker, betting-intermediary or financial-advisory relationship is created. The service is not financial, investment or legal advice.

Betting involves financial risk and can result in loss. No profit, accuracy, acceptance, availability or future performance is guaranteed. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You are responsible for confirming that viewing betting information and using any gambling account are lawful and permitted for you. Any operator you use must be lawfully available to you, and you must comply with its eligibility and account rules.

You decide independently whether to place a bet, which third-party bookmaker to use, what amount to stake and whether a selection is suitable for you. Persian Tipster does not control third-party bookmaker odds, account restrictions, settlement or void rules, availability or withdrawals.

Private Access is selective and contact-led. Prospective members may use the approved Telegram, email or Instagram destinations to ask about current availability, terms, suitability and access instructions. Contact does not guarantee acceptance, availability, continued access or a particular service level.

Prices are not published on the website. No checkout, payment or subscription is concluded through the controlled-launch pages.

Before accepting payment, Persian Tipster must provide a written private offer stating the selected service, total price and currency, exact start and end dates, payment method, access channel, manual-renewal status, applicable cancellation and refund information, complaints contact, and current Membership Terms.

Where lawful and proportionate, access may be refused, suspended or ended to protect users, address misuse, enforce agreed service rules, meet legal duties or manage capacity. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Membership-specific grounds and proportionate temporary or permanent measures are set out in the Membership Terms.

Original branding, writing, selections, analysis, visual presentation, data compilations and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership right is transferred by visiting the site or receiving access.

Without written permission or a mandatory legal right, you must not:

• copy or redistribute private selections or service materials;
• resell, sublicense or commercially exploit access;
• share an account, access credential or restricted message;
• remove attribution or misrepresent content as your own.

You must not interfere with security, probe restricted systems, introduce malicious code, scrape at disruptive scale, impersonate another person, use the service unlawfully, or attempt to obtain private information without authorization.

Official-channel links lead to independent services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Persian Tipster does not control those services, their availability or their independent processing. No bookmaker or affiliate promotion is included.

The website or service may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn. Reasonable care will be taken, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not promised.

Historical results are presented for transparency and do not predict future results. Public normalized stakes and profits use retrospective comparison units, not euros, dollars, investment returns or a claim that members used those exact unit values. Metric definitions and scope must be read with the Results Center methodology.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Persian Tipster is not responsible for losses caused by personal betting decisions, reliance on informational content, service interruption, independent platforms or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms may be updated as the service and legal framework develop. The last-updated date will change, and material changes will be communicated where required.
