This policy records the current controlled-launch implementation. It must be reviewed whenever cookies, browser storage, embeds, analytics, marketing or application technology changes.

Controlled-launch notice
The owner-provided controller identity and approved public contacts are published. The website remains in controlled launch: applications, marketing, analytics, optional cookies and paid website services are disabled while professional legal review and the remaining legal and operational terms are pending.

Current audit result
A production-build browser audit on 28 July 2026 found no response or JavaScript cookies, an empty document.cookie, no localStorage or sessionStorage keys, no third-party embeds and no analytics, advertising, social-feed or profiling scripts.
Production applications and marketing remain disabled. The/apply page therefore loads no Turnstile widget and starts no Supabase submission workflow.
This is a description of the tested implementation, not a permanent promise that hosting or browser behavior can never change. The audit must be repeated after a material deployment or technology change.

No browser cookie or storage item detected
The current public pages do not set a browser cookie or use localStorage or sessionStorage. Hosting and network infrastructure still processes the requests needed to deliver and protect the website.

The website does not save language, display or other preferences in cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage.
Analytics
Disabled
No analytics service, analytics cookie or audience-measurement script is configured.
Marketing and advertising
Disabled
No advertising pixel, profiling technology, retargeting script or marketing tracker is configured.
Embedded content
Disabled
Official channels are ordinary links. The website does not embed social feeds, videos, iframes or external social widgets.
Application abuse prevention
Not loaded in Production
The dormant application foundation supports Cloudflare Turnstile only in an explicitly enabled test environment. The controlled-launch Production page does not render the form or Turnstile.

Why no consent banner is shown
No optional cookie or tracking technology is active, so the current implementation does not display a cosmetic consent banner. A banner would not create consent controls that the website does not need in its present state.
This conclusion must be reassessed for the intended jurisdictions before any non-essential technology is introduced.

Future consent gate
Non-essential analytics, profiling, advertising or marketing technology must not be enabled silently. Before introduction:
- Re-audit cookies, browser storage, scripts, embeds and production response behavior.
- Update the Cookie Policy as the public tracking notice and revise the data-processing inventory.
- Implement consent controls before loading non-essential technology where consent is legally required.
- Add automated tests proving default refusal, withdrawal and preference behavior.
- Complete professional legal review for the intended jurisdictions and technology.
Where consent is legally required, the technology must remain blocked until a valid choice is made, and refusal must be as accessible as acceptance.

External destinations
Following an ordinary link to Telegram, Instagram or another independent service leaves this website. The destination may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policy. Persian Tipster does not load that platform into the current page and does not control its independent processing.
