Membership Terms

Persian Tipster is an independent sports-analysis and betting-advice service. It provides informational opinions and selections. It does not accept bets, hold customer funds, execute wagers or act as a bookmaker or betting intermediary.

Membership supplies informational sports analysis and betting opinions. No bet is placed through Persian Tipster. Each user decides independently whether to bet, which third-party provider to use and what amount, if any, to stake.

The confirmed membership services are:

• Main VIP: 30 days, normally delivered through a private telegram group.
• Small Value: 30 days, normally delivered through a private telegram group.

Main VIP and Small Value are separate services. The exact start and end dates for an individual membership must be stated in the private written confirmation before activation.

Before accepting payment, Persian Tipster supplies a written private offer identifying the selected service, total price and currency, duration, exact start and end dates, payment method, access channel, manual-renewal status, applicable cancellation and refund information, complaints contact, and the current version of these Membership Terms.

The public website does not publish a membership price, price range, discount, payment instruction or checkout.

Access follows receipt and manual confirmation of payment, eligibility and acceptance. Payment alone does not automatically create access or guarantee acceptance.

Technical access may be provided immediately after manual confirmation. The official 30-day membership period is nevertheless determined by the exact operational start and end dates written in the private confirmation.

Service is normally delivered through a private Telegram group. Members are responsible for maintaining access to their own Telegram account, device and internet connection. Telegram is an independent platform governed by its own terms and availability.

Renewal is manual only. There is no automatic renewal, recurring charge or subscription billing. Continued access requires a new explicit agreement, private confirmation and payment.

Membership does not include a promised minimum number of selections, daily selections or continuous publishing activity. Publishing frequency depends on suitable opportunities and operational judgment.

No result, accuracy or profit is guaranteed. Historical performance is retrospective, and normalized units are comparison metrics rather than cash amounts or a promise of future performance. Users remain solely responsible for every betting decision made with a third-party provider.

Access requests may be considered internationally, subject to local law, eligibility, service availability and Persian Tipster's acceptance.

Users are responsible for determining whether receiving betting advice and placing bets with third-party providers is lawful where they reside. This is not a claim of legal availability or regulatory approval in every jurisdiction.

Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed individually, taking into account the circumstances, service status and any mandatory rights under applicable law.

A refund is not guaranteed, and mandatory legal rights are not excluded. Any cancellation or refund conditions applying to an individual membership must be supplied privately before payment.

Where lawful and proportionate, access may be temporarily suspended while an issue is investigated or permanently terminated for serious or repeated breaches, including:

• Unauthorized redistribution of selections or analysis.
• Sharing membership access.
• Copying or republishing private content.
• Abusive, threatening or disruptive conduct.
• Fraud or attempted fraud.
• Unauthorized payment use.
• A payment reversal, chargeback or material payment dispute.
• Security or account-integrity concerns.
• Breach of the Membership Terms.
• Legal or compliance requirements.

These measures do not remove any mandatory consumer right. Private security or fraud-detection methods are not disclosed.

No response deadline is promised. Governing law and court or forum jurisdiction remain intentionally unspecified pending professional review. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
